Tickets & Orders

View your order history

Sign in and open Orders to see past ticket purchases, payment references, and refund status in one list.

  • Attendees

Orders is your signed-in list of ticket purchases and free reservations tied to your account.

How to view your history

  1. Sign in with the email or Google account you used at checkout.
  2. Open Orders from your dashboard sidebar.
  3. Browse the table for event name, date, quantity, amount, and status.
  4. Tap a row to open order details when you need more context.
  5. Use filters for date range or status if you are looking for a specific purchase.

Guest order access

  • If you checked out as a guest, sign in with the same checkout email or finish account setup from the password email we sent.
  • After sign-in, guest orders appear here alongside tickets in My tickets.
  • Until you sign in, use the confirmation email for receipt details. See Checkout as a guest.

What to expect

  • Paid orders show the amount charged and a payment reference when available.
  • Free reservations appear with a zero total.
  • Refund requests and outcomes show on the order when the organizer or Endzah processed them.
  • Your live tickets still live under My tickets even when you review orders here.
  • Order currency (JMD or USD) matches what you paid at checkout.

Limitations

  • Orders appear for the signed-in profile tied to your checkout email.
  • Very recent purchases may take a moment to appear after payment succeeds.
  • You need sign-in to browse order history in the dashboard. Guest buyers rely on email until they claim the account.
