Set up ticket types and pricing
In the event editor Pricing step, choose free or paid tickets, add each tier with a name and price, and set stock per type.
- Organizers
Ticket types tell buyers what they are purchasing and how much each option costs.
How to set up tickets
- Open My events and create a new event or edit a draft.
- Go to the Pricing step in the event editor.
- Choose Free for RSVP-only listings or Paid when you sell tickets online.
- For paid events, pick your currency and add each ticket type with a clear name and price.
- Set stock for each tier when you want a limit, or leave it open for unlimited sales.
- Continue through the editor and publish when the listing is ready.
What to expect
- Multiple tiers let you offer General, VIP, early bird, or other labels side by side.
- Free events use a simple reservation label with optional capacity.
- Paid listings may require organizer verification before the first paid publish goes live.
Limitations
- You cannot sell paid tickets above your verification and payout setup limits until those are complete.
- Changing prices on a live event affects new buyers only. Existing orders keep their original price.
- Some environments may show paid discovery before online checkout is fully open. Watch in-product notices.
