Manage billing and payment method
Open Billing to see your plan, update the card on file, review subscription payments, and download receipts for successful charges.

Billing holds your Endzah subscription status, saved payment method, and history of plan charges separate from ticket Wallet payouts.
How to manage billing
- Open Billing from your dashboard (or Settings → Billing).
- Review Current plan for your active Free, Pro, or Growth access and renewal timing.
- Scroll to Payment methods to add, remove, or set the default card for subscription renewals.
- Browse Payment history for past plan charges, statuses, and references.
- Open a receipt link on succeeded payments when you need a PDF copy.
- Use Export all on the page header to download payment history as CSV.
What to expect
- Subscription charges use the default payment method on file when auto-renew is enabled.
- Pending payments show until checkout completes successfully.
- Pro trials appear on Billing while active but do not charge until you upgrade to a paid plan.
- Ticket sales and payouts stay in Wallet, not on this page.
Limitations
- Billing covers organizer plans only, not attendee ticket checkout.
- Some payment updates may require completing a secure verification step with your bank.
- Failed renewal attempts appear in payment history. Update your card and retry from Plans if needed.

Compare plans on the Plans page, then checkout to upgrade to Pro or Growth or switch billing cycle when your account is eligible.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel at period end from Billing to move back to Free after your current Pro or Growth term finishes. You keep access until that date.
