Troubleshooting
Email verification problems
If your verification link expired or never arrived, request a new email and check spam before trying again.
- Attendees
- Organizers
Email verification confirms you own the address on your Endzah account before full access unlocks.
How to fix common problems
- Search your inbox for a message from Endzah right after sign-up.
- Check spam, promotions, or filtered folders if nothing arrived in a few minutes.
- Open the newest verification link. Older links stop working after they expire.
- On the verify email screen, tap Resend verification email if you need a fresh link.
- After verifying, return to Sign in and open your dashboard.
What to expect
- Resend may be rate limited to protect your inbox from abuse.
- Google sign-in accounts may still need email confirmation when Endzah requires it for security.
- Once verified, you can buy tickets, publish events, and change sensitive account settings.
Limitations
- Endzah cannot verify an inbox you cannot access. Fix typos at sign-up or use a reachable email.
- Corporate filters sometimes block automated mail. Ask your IT team to allow Endzah senders if needed.
- Verification links are single-use and time limited for security.
