Create a recurring program
Turn on repeat on a schedule in the event wizard to create a series, set weekly or monthly patterns, and generate your first dates.
- Organizers
You create a recurring program from the event wizard by enabling repeat on a schedule.
How to set it up
- Open My events and start Create event.
- Add your template details: title, description, venue, tickets, and media.
- Turn on Repeat on a schedule in the recurrence section.
- Choose weekly, monthly, or yearly repeat, then set the interval.
- For weekly repeats, pick the weekdays that apply.
- Set start time, optional end time, and timezone.
- Publish or save. Endzah creates a series and generates upcoming dates for the next 90 days.
Schedule types
- Weekly: repeats on selected weekdays every N weeks.
- Monthly: repeats on the same pattern each N months.
- Yearly: repeats once per year on the anchor date pattern.
Initial generation
- Your first batch fills about 90 days ahead from the template.
- Paid listings after the first date may land as drafts so you can finish cover art before each publish.
- Open My series to review the hub, template, and schedule tabs.
Tips
- Use a clear series title attendees will recognize across dates.
- Set capacity on paid tiers before you publish multiple occurrences.
Limitations
- Very large batches are capped for safety. Generate more dates later from the Schedule tab.
- Changing the anchor date after creation follows schedule edit rules in Manage your series schedule.
