Edit your series template
Update shared title, description, venue, cover, gallery, and timing on the Template tab. Draft dates ahead inherit your changes.
- Organizers
The Template tab holds the shared listing details every new occurrence starts from.
What you can edit
- Title and description shown across the program.
- Venue or online link, including map location for in-person series.
- Cover image and gallery media.
- Default timing hints tied to your schedule.
How inheritance works
- Open My series and choose your program.
- Go to the Template tab and edit the fields you want to change.
- Save the template. Draft occurrences ahead pick up shared listing fields.
- Published dates keep what was live when you published unless you edit that occurrence directly.
Cover and gallery
- A strong cover helps every date feel complete before you publish paid drafts.
- Gallery images flow to occurrences that inherit template media.
Timing
- Default start and end times on the template align with your schedule tab.
- Individual occurrences can still be adjusted from My events when needed.
Tips
- Update the template once instead of editing every future date separately.
- After a template change, spot-check the next upcoming occurrence before doors open.
Limitations
- Template saves do not rewrite every historical listing automatically.
- Ticket price changes on live dates follow each occurrence's editor rules.
