Understanding recurring series
A series is your recurring program. Each date you publish is an occurrence. Manage the template, schedule, and insights from My series.
- Organizers
Recurring series help you run the same program across many dates without rebuilding every listing from scratch.
Core concepts
- Series: the program itself, such as a weekly night or monthly market.
- Occurrences: individual dated events generated from your series.
- Template: shared title, description, venue, media, and ticket setup that new dates inherit.
- Schedule: the repeat pattern and tools to generate, pause, or end future dates.
- Insights: performance across the whole program, including audience and health.
How it fits together
- Create a series when you enable repeat on a schedule in the event wizard, or manage existing series under My series.
- Endzah materializes occurrences from your schedule for a rolling window ahead.
- Edit the template once to update shared details on draft dates ahead.
- Open Series insights to see revenue, attendance, audience, and loyalty across editions.
What to expect
- Paid occurrences after the first date may save as drafts until you add cover art and publish each one.
- Past occurrences stay on your calendar when you change the schedule.
- My events shows which listings belong to a series.
Next steps
- Create a recurring program from the event wizard.
- Manage your series schedule when you need more dates or a break.
- Review series performance and audience in Insights.
Limitations
- Series insights need ticket or attendance activity before every metric populates.
- Schedule changes affect draft dates ahead, not history you already ran.
