Tickets & Orders
Transfer a ticket to someone else
When the organizer allows it, send a ticket from My tickets to someone else's email. They claim it with their own Endzah account.
- Attendees
You can transfer a ticket to another person when the organizer enabled transfers for that event.
Before you start
- The event must allow ticket transfers.
- The ticket must still be active and not checked in.
- You can only transfer a ticket you currently hold.
How to transfer
- Sign in and open My tickets.
- Open the pass you want to send.
- Tap Transfer ticket.
- Enter the recipient's email address.
- Confirm the transfer. They receive an email with a claim link.
What to expect
- The ticket stays in your account as Transfer pending until they claim it or you cancel the transfer.
- After they claim it, the pass moves to their account with a new QR code.
- Some events close transfers before the show starts. If the button is missing, the window may have passed.
Limitations
- You cannot transfer to your own email address.
- Tickets that were already checked in cannot be transferred.
- Some events do not allow re-transfer of a ticket you received from someone else.
