Can't publish a paid event
Paid listings require verification. Finish onboarding, apply under Get verified, then publish after approval.
- Organizers
Endzah blocks paid ticket publishing until your organizer account is verified.
Steps to fix it
- Confirm you finished Organizer onboarding.
- Open Get verified and submit an application if you have not already.
- Wait for approval. You receive a notification when your status changes.
- Return to your event and tap Publish again.
- If you only need a free listing, switch tiers to free RSVP and publish without verification.
Other blockers to check
- Paid ticket types need a price and capacity set.
- Missing required fields such as title, start time, or venue.
- Your account may need re-review if you recently changed your organization name.

- Verification review times vary by queue volume.
