Check-In
Scan tickets at the door
Open the door scanner from My events on your phone, allow camera access, and scan each guest's QR code to check them in.
- Organizers
Use the Endzah door scanner on your phone to check guests in with their QR codes.
How to scan
- Open My events and select your live event.
- Open Scan tickets (door scanner).
- Allow camera access when your browser asks.
- Point the camera at the guest's QR code from My tickets.
- Wait for the success confirmation before letting them in.
What to expect
- Each valid ticket scans once. A second scan shows Already checked in.
- Invalid, refunded, or cancelled tickets show an error with a short reason.
- Scanning works best on a phone with good lighting and a steady hand.
Check-in window
- Organizers can set when scanning opens and closes relative to event start.
- Outside that window, scans may be blocked even if the ticket is otherwise valid.
Limitations
- The scanner requires a secure connection on many mobile browsers. Use the official event link on https when scanning on a phone.
- Desktop scanning works when a webcam is available.
