Tickets & Orders
Claim a ticket someone sent you
Open the claim link from the transfer email, sign in with the recipient email, and the ticket moves to My tickets with a new QR code.
- Attendees
A transferred ticket lands in your account after you open the claim link and sign in with the email it was sent to.
How to claim
- Open the link in the transfer email on the device where you want to use Endzah.
- Sign in or create an account using the same email address the sender entered.
- Confirm the claim when prompted.
- Open My tickets. Your new pass and QR code should appear there.
What to expect
- The sender's copy becomes invalid after a successful claim.
- You get a fresh QR code tied to your account.
- If you already have an Endzah account under a different email, sign out and use the recipient email, or ask the sender to transfer again to the correct address.
Common issues
- Wrong account signed in: Endzah shows a mismatch message. Sign in with the email the ticket was sent to.
- Link expired or cancelled: Ask the sender to send a new transfer if the event still allows it.
