Wallet is where verified organizers track ticket earnings and request withdrawals to a linked bank account.

How to read your balances

1. Open Wallet from your dashboard sidebar.
2. Stay on the Overview tab to see all balance cards.
3. Available balance is what you can request for payout today.
4. Pending balance is ticket revenue still clearing under Endzah release rules.
5. In transit shows approved payouts moving to your bank.
6. Lifetime earnings and Lifetime payouts summarize totals since you started selling.

What to expect

• Available balance grows as settled sales clear and shrink when you request payouts.
• Pending sales move to available on the schedule shown in Wallet.
• Request payout uses available balance only, not pending or in-transit amounts.
• The History tab shows payout timing, fees, and past transfers.

Limitations

• You must be verified with an approved payout account before requesting a withdrawal.
• Minimum payout amounts appear when you submit a request.
• Wallet reflects your organizer account. It does not include subscription plan charges (see Billing).
