Notification settings control how Endzah reaches you about tickets, events you follow, and organizer activity on your account.

How to update preferences

1. Sign in and open Settings from your dashboard.
2. Open Notifications (or go directly to Settings → Notifications).
3. Under Channels, turn Email notifications and Push notifications on or off for optional messages.
4. Under Attendee notifications, turn each category on or off (orders, transfers, refunds, event updates, reminders, following, discovery, marketing).
5. For categories that support digest email (such as Event updates and Following), choose As they happen, Weekly digest, or Off when that category is on.
6. For Reminders, choose Minimal, Standard, or Full reminder timing when reminders are on.
7. Organizers: under Organizer notifications, turn sales, refunds, payouts, verification, billing, and event management alerts on or off. Some rows require Pro or Growth.
8. Open Advanced notification controls to choose email, in-app, or push for each category individually.

What to expect

• Receipts, security notices, and other required account messages may still send when needed for your account safety.
• Event reminders follow the timing you pick when the Reminders category is on.
• Push requires permission in your browser or device settings outside Endzah.
• Changes save as you toggle each option.

Limitations

• Push delivery depends on your device, browser, and OS notification permissions.
• Organizer notification categories affect alerts for your organizer account, not every attendee email about public listings.
• SMS is not available today. Email, in-app, and push (where enabled) are the supported channels.
