How can we help?

Your tickets and QR codes live under My tickets in your dashboard after you buy or reserve.

How to find them when signed in

1. Sign in with the same email or Google account you used at checkout.
2. Open My tickets from the dashboard sidebar.
3. Find your event in the list. Upcoming shows appear first.
4. Tap the ticket row to open your pass and QR code.
5. At the door, show the QR code on your phone screen. Brightness helps scanners read it faster.

Guest ticket retrieval

1. Open the confirmation email from Endzah and follow the ticket link.
2. Set a password from the separate account email if this was your first purchase, then sign in.
3. After sign-in, open My tickets with the same checkout email.
4. See Checkout as a guest if you checked out without signing in first.

What to expect

• Each active pass shows the event name, date, venue, and entry status.
• If the organizer uses Endzah check-in, the QR code is what staff scan at the door.
• A confirmation email is a helpful backup, but My tickets is the live pass while you are signed in.

Limitations

• Refunded or cancelled tickets show as invalid and cannot be used for entry.
• If you transferred a ticket, it leaves your list after the recipient claims it.
