Event reminders and reminder frequency
Reminders can arrive one week before, 24 hours before, on event day, and optionally one hour before.
- Attendees
When the Reminders category is on in Settings → Notifications, Endzah can notify you in the app and by email at several lead times: about one week before, 24 hours before, on event day, and optionally one hour before. Choose Minimal, Standard, or Full under Reminder timing on that row.

Find your tickets and QR code
Sign in and open My tickets to see upcoming passes, order status, and your QR code for door check-in.
