Reports: sales, revenue, attendees, and events

Reports on Pro breaks down sales, revenue trends, attendee lists, and event performance for the date range you choose, with CSV export on supported tabs.

Reports gives Pro organizers export-ready views of sales, revenue, attendees, and how each event performed.

How to use Reports

  1. Open Reports from your dashboard sidebar.
  2. Pick a date range from the toolbar when the tab supports it.
  3. Sales: review recent orders, filter by event or status, and export matching rows.
  4. Revenue: see revenue over time and sales by ticket type for the range.
  5. Attendees: browse check-in status, ticket type, and contact fields, then export the list.
  6. Performance: compare events on revenue, sell-through, and attendance metrics.
  7. Tap Export to download CSV for the active tab when you have Pro access.

What to expect

  • Live data appears when you have an active Pro or Growth subscription (including an active Pro trial).
  • Filters on each tab narrow the table without changing your account-wide totals elsewhere.
  • Empty tables mean no activity matched your range or filters, not a broken connection.
  • Performance tab focuses on event-level outcomes rather than individual orders.

Limitations

  • Reports requires Pro. Free accounts see previews until you upgrade.
  • Export is available on Pro for supported tabs. Very large exports may take a moment to prepare.
  • Attendee contact fields depend on what buyers provided at checkout.
