Analytics

Export your sales and performance data

Pro organizers can export CSV files from Analytics, Revenue, and Reports for sales, revenue trends, attendees, and event performance.

  • Pro

Pro exports help you keep spreadsheet copies of ticket sales and performance.

Analytics export

  • Open Analytics, set your date range and event filter, then tap Export.
  • Includes overview metrics, traffic and sales rows, ticket-type breakdown, and top events for the period.

Revenue export

  • Open Revenue, choose your range, then Export when data exists.
  • Downloads daily gross, buyer totals, and net revenue rows for the selected window.

Reports exports

  • Open Reports and move through Sales, Revenue, Attendees, and Events tabs.
  • Each tab exports matching rows for your filters: orders, daily revenue, attendee list, or event performance.

Column basics

  • Event and date fields identify what the row describes.
  • Revenue columns use JMD unless the source order was USD.
  • Attendee exports include ticket type and check-in status when available.

Best practices

  • Match the date range to the period you are reporting on before you export.
  • Use Reports attendees for door lists; use Analytics for trend analysis.
  • Large exports may take a moment to prepare.

Limitations

  • Exports require Pro for live downloads. Preview accounts see upgrade prompts instead.
  • Exports reflect Endzah data only, not manual spreadsheets you keep elsewhere.
