Troubleshooting
Payment failed or declined at checkout
A declined payment usually means the bank rejected the charge. Fix card details or try another card, then confirm again.
- Attendees
A failed checkout means your order did not complete and no valid tickets were issued.
Try these steps first
- Confirm your card number, expiry, security code, and billing address.
- Make sure you have enough available balance or credit limit.
- Complete any bank verification popup. Closing it early cancels the payment.
- Try the same card again once, or use a different card.
- Return to the event listing and start checkout fresh if the page stalled.
What to expect
- A declined charge does not create a ticket in My tickets.
- Your bank may show a temporary hold that disappears if the payment never settled.
- If payment succeeded but tickets are missing, see Tickets not showing in My tickets.
When to contact support
- You see a success screen but no tickets after five minutes.
- The same charge posted twice.
- Every card fails with the same error message.
