Request a refund for your order
If the event allows it, submit a refund request from your order. The organizer reviews and approves or declines.
- Attendees
You can ask for a refund from your order when the event's refund policy allows it and the organizer accepts requests.
How to request a refund
- Sign in and open Orders in your dashboard.
- Find the paid order for the event.
- Tap Request refund when the button is available.
- Read the event refund policy shown in the dialog.
- Add an optional reason and submit your request.
What to expect
- Your request stays Pending until the organizer acts on it.
- You receive a notification when it is approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
When the button may not appear
- The event policy does not offer refunds.
- A deadline passed for refund requests before the event start.
- The order was already refunded or has a pending request.
- The purchase was free or not paid through Endzah checkout.
Limitations
- Refund decisions follow the organizer's published policy for that event.
- Endzah does not issue refunds without organizer approval through this flow.
