Set up two-factor authentication
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security with an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code when you sign in.
- Attendees
- Organizers
Two-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in using a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
How to turn it on
- Sign in and open Settings → Security.
- Find Two-factor authentication and tap Turn on two-factor.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or 1Password.
- If you cannot scan, enter the manual setup key shown below the QR code.
- Type the 6-digit verification code from your app and confirm to finish.
What to expect
- After setup, email and Google sign-in both ask for a code from your authenticator app.
- You can turn two-factor off later from the same Security page with a fresh code.
- Security activity logs record when two-factor is enabled or disabled.
Limitations
- Backup codes are not available yet. If you lose your authenticator app, contact support for help.
- Keep your authenticator app on a device you control. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.
- Two-factor protects your Endzah login. It does not replace a strong password.
