Set up two-factor authentication

Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security with an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code when you sign in.

  • Attendees
  • Organizers

Two-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in using a code from an authenticator app on your phone.

How to turn it on

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Security.
  2. Find Two-factor authentication and tap Turn on two-factor.
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or 1Password.
  4. If you cannot scan, enter the manual setup key shown below the QR code.
  5. Type the 6-digit verification code from your app and confirm to finish.

What to expect

  • After setup, email and Google sign-in both ask for a code from your authenticator app.
  • You can turn two-factor off later from the same Security page with a fresh code.
  • Security activity logs record when two-factor is enabled or disabled.

Limitations

  • Backup codes are not available yet. If you lose your authenticator app, contact support for help.
  • Keep your authenticator app on a device you control. Codes refresh every 30 seconds.
  • Two-factor protects your Endzah login. It does not replace a strong password.
