How can we help?

You get tickets or reserve a spot from the event listing, then find your pass under My tickets or in your confirmation email.

How to get started

1. Browse events on the map or search until you find one you want to attend.
2. Open the event listing and read the date, venue, and ticket options.
3. For paid events, tap Get tickets. For free events, tap Reserve spot.
4. Sign in with your Endzah account, or enter your email to checkout as a guest when that option is shown.
5. Complete checkout or confirm your free reservation.
6. Open My tickets after sign-in, or use the confirmation email when you checked out as a guest.

What to expect

• Paid events walk you through ticket selection, payment, and review before your order is confirmed.
• Free events confirm your spot in one step when no payment is required.
• You may receive a confirmation email. My tickets is the best place to check your pass while you are signed in.
• Guest checkout sends your pass to the email you enter. See Checkout as a guest for the full flow.

Limitations

• Cancelled events block new purchases and reservations.
• Sold-out events cannot accept new orders until the organizer changes inventory.
• Invite-only events may require a link from the organizer before you can complete checkout.
• Some flows, such as transfers, require a signed-in account.
