How can we help?

Add the bank account where you want ticket payouts deposited before you request your first withdrawal.

How to set it up

1. Get verified as an organizer.
2. Open Settings and go to the Payouts section, or complete the bank step during organizer onboarding.
3. Enter your bank name, account holder name, account number, and account type.
4. Submit for review if a document upload is requested.
5. Wait for approval before requesting a payout.

What to expect

• Payouts go to the verified account on file.
• Changing bank details after verification may require a fresh review.
• You can skip bank setup during onboarding and return later when you have sales to withdraw.

Limitations

• Payouts are supported for Jamaican bank accounts used in the product today.
• Endzah cannot send payouts without an approved payout account.
