Overview
Endzah is a marketplace. Event tickets are sold on behalf of organizers, who set refund rules for each listing. Endzah processes refunds after organizers approve them.
This policy explains platform rules. The refund terms shown on an event's checkout page apply to that specific purchase.
Event tickets
Each event listing includes a refund policy chosen by the organizer (for example: no refunds, refunds until a set number of days before the event, or custom terms).
Before you pay, read the refund policy on the ticket checkout page. By completing purchase you agree to that event's policy and our Terms of Service.
If refunds are allowed for the event, you may request a refund from My orders when signed in, or contact the organizer or support@endzah.com. All requests are reviewed by the organizer. Endzah processes approved refunds to your original payment method where possible.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Service fees charged by Endzah (6% + J$120 per ticket) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise on the event listing. Card processing fees (4% of order + J$56 per order) are also generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise on the event listing. When the organizer absorbs fees, refund amounts follow the event policy and may not include fees already deducted from organizer proceeds.
Partial refunds: Endzah currently supports full-order refunds only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events
If an organizer cancels an event, we notify affected ticket holders by email and in the app when we receive cancellation details. Refunds are not issued automatically. The organizer decides whether refunds are offered under the event refund policy. Endzah processes refunds only after organizer approval.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date unless the organizer or event listing says otherwise. Refund eligibility for rescheduled events follows the event refund policy. Contact the organizer or support@endzah.com if you cannot attend the new date.
Organizer subscriptions
Organizer plan payments (Free, Pro, Growth) are prepaid for the billing period you select at checkout (monthly or annual). Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and at checkout before purchase.
Automatic renewal: Plans do not renew unless you turn on automatic renewal at checkout or later from Plans & billing. When automatic renewal is on, we charge your saved payment method before your current period ends. You can turn automatic renewal off at any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel at period end from Plans & billing. Access continues until the current period ends. Subscription fees are not refunded for partial periods unless required by law or we state otherwise in writing.
Promotional or trial access, when offered, is described at signup. Unless you cancel before the offer ends, a trial may convert to a paid plan under the terms shown at signup.
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact support@endzah.com immediately with your order or payment reference. We will investigate and work with our payment processor. Contact us before initiating a chargeback when possible so we can help resolve the issue.
