Endzah helps you discover events across Jamaica, buy tickets or RSVP, and—when you're an organizer—run your listings. Use the channels below for account issues, billing questions, or anything blocking you from using the platform.
Email support
For sign-in problems, ticket or RSVP issues, payouts, verification, or safety concerns, write to support@endzah.com. Include your account email, event name (if relevant), and what you already tried.
Response time: we aim to reply within two business days for most requests. Billing or urgent door issues around an event starting soon—say so in the subject line.

Many questions about tickets, refunds, and organizer basics are covered in the help center—searchable articles you can read anytime without signing in.
