Digital delivery
Endzah sells digital goods only — event tickets, entry passes, and organizer subscription access. Nothing is shipped by mail or courier.
When your payment is confirmed, delivery is immediate to your Endzah account and email on file.
Event tickets
After a successful ticket purchase:
- My tickets in your Endzah account with QR entry passes
- A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account
- QR codes are shown in the app — no printing is required unless the venue asks otherwise
If you do not see your tickets within a few minutes, check spam, confirm you are signed in with the same email used at checkout, and contact support@endzah.com.
Free reservations
Free RSVPs and complimentary reservations follow the same digital delivery path: wallet access plus email confirmation when applicable.
Organizer plans
Organizer subscription upgrades take effect when payment succeeds. Your plan status and billing history appear under Plans & billing in your dashboard. No physical goods are delivered.
Access and availability
You need a supported browser and internet access to view tickets. Save or screenshot your QR pass if you expect poor connectivity at the venue.
Tickets remain available in your account until the event ends unless the organizer cancels or your order is refunded.
Delivery issues
For missing tickets or confirmation emails, contact support@endzah.com with your order number and event name. We typically respond within two business days.
