Track revenue over time
The Revenue page on Pro charts gross sales, buyer totals, and your net revenue across the date range you select, with CSV export when data exists.
- Pro
Revenue on Pro shows how ticket income builds day by day so you can spot strong weeks and quiet periods across your events.
How to track revenue
- Open Revenue from your dashboard sidebar.
- Choose a date range such as 7, 30, or 90 days from the toolbar.
- Review KPI cards for gross sales, fees, refunds, and net revenue in the period.
- Use the Revenue over time chart to see daily totals.
- Compare ticket-type or buyer-total views when those sections appear for your account tier.
- Tap Export to download a CSV when you have rows in the selected range.
What to expect
- Charts populate after you have settled ticket sales in the period.
- Net revenue reflects organizer earnings after applicable fees and refunds in the range.
- Growth subscribers may see additional intelligence blocks on the same page when enabled.
- Switching the range refreshes KPIs and charts together.
Limitations
- Revenue requires Pro. Free accounts see previews until you upgrade.
- Brand-new events may show empty charts until sales land in the selected window.
- Export downloads daily rows for the range. It does not replace full Reports exports for attendee lists.
