Request a payout from your wallet

When you have available balance in Wallet, submit a payout request. Endzah reviews it and sends funds to your verified bank account.

Request a payout from Wallet when you have available balance from settled ticket sales.

How to request a payout

  1. Open Wallet in your dashboard.
  2. Check Available balance. This is what you can request today.
  3. Tap Request payout and enter an amount that meets the minimum shown.
  4. Submit the request. It stays in Requested until reviewed.
  5. Track status under the History tab in Wallet.

What to expect

  • Available balance reflects sales that cleared according to Endzah payout rules.
  • After approval, funds move through processing until they are marked Paid to your bank.
  • You can cancel a request only while it is still Requested, before approval.

Limitations

  • You must be verified with an approved payout account.
  • Minimum payout amounts and timing copy appear in Wallet when you submit.
