Reset your password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that expires for security.

Open Forgot password on the sign-in page, enter the email tied to your account, and we will email a reset link. Links expire for security. If it lapses, request a fresh one.

Set up two-factor authentication
Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security with an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code when you sign in.
