How can we help?

Paid ticket checkout happens on the event page in three steps: Tickets, Payment, and Review.

Step 1: Tickets

1. Open the event and tap Get tickets.
2. If you are not signed in, enter the email where you want tickets sent.
3. Choose your ticket types and quantities.
4. Tap Continue when your selection is valid.

Step 2: Payment

1. Confirm the currency and total shown for this event (JMD or USD when offered).
2. Enter your card and billing details when prompted.
3. Some events route you through a secure card page hosted by our payment partner instead.
4. Complete any 3D Secure verification your bank asks for, then return to Endzah.
5. Tap Continue after your payment details pass validation.

Step 3: Review

1. Check your tickets, fees, total, and checkout email.
2. Accept the terms if shown.
3. Tap Confirm purchase.
4. When payment succeeds, open My tickets if signed in, or check your confirmation email as a guest.

Guest checkout path

• Stay signed out and enter your email on step 1.
• Finish the steps above without signing in first.
• See Checkout as a guest for finding tickets and claiming an account later.

Signed-in path

• Sign in before checkout to skip the guest email field.
• Your order appears under My tickets and Orders after success.

What to expect

• Your order summary stays visible while you move through the steps.
• Going Back keeps your ticket and payment selections for that session.
• Refreshing the page resets checkout to the first step.

Limitations

• You must buy at least one ticket and stay within per-person limits set by the organizer.
• Sold-out tiers cannot be selected.
• Currency selection follows the organizer pricing on the listing. See Pay in USD or JMD at checkout.
