How promo code usage limits work
Usage limits cap total redemptions. Per-person limits cap how many times one account can use a code. Leave either blank for unlimited use.
- Organizers
Two optional limits control promo code use.
Usage limit
- Caps total redemptions across all buyers.
- Example: EARLY20 with limit 100 allows 100 successful orders, then shows This promo code is no longer available.
- Leave blank for unlimited total use.
Per-person limit
- Caps redemptions per Endzah account.
- Example: KAYLA10 with per-person limit 1 allows one order per account.
- Leave blank for unlimited per-person use.
Remaining uses
- On the discount codes table, Remaining shows usage limit minus redemptions.
- Unlimited appears when no usage limit is set.
Important
- Redemptions count when the order is created, not only after payment completes.
- Pending orders still count toward limits.
