Customer Intelligence on Growth helps verified organizers understand who buys, who returns, and how audiences group over time.

How to use Customer Intelligence

  1. Complete organizer verification if you have not already. Customers unlocks after verification.
  2. Open Customers from your dashboard sidebar.
  3. Pick a date range, then move through Overview, Lifetime, Retention, Segments, Audience, Insights, and Directory tabs.
  4. Open a customer row in Directory when you need profile-level detail.
  5. Export customer intelligence CSV when you want a spreadsheet copy.

What to expect

  • Live data requires Growth and enough ticket or RSVP activity in the range.
  • Segments and insight cards populate as repeat behavior builds.
  • Directory rows reflect buyers tied to your events, not the entire Endzah user base.
  • Preview panels appear when Growth is not active on your account.

Limitations

  • Customer Intelligence is for verified organizers on Growth.
  • Privacy rules limit what buyer contact details appear. Use Endzah for order-related outreach only.
  • Sparse sales history produces empty insight cards until more orders land.
