How long refunds take to settle

After an organizer approves a refund, banks and card networks usually finish posting it within several business days.

  • Attendees

Most refunds show up within a few business days after the organizer approves them, but your bank controls the final posting date.

Timeline

  1. You submit a refund request or the organizer issues a refund.
  2. The organizer approves it in their dashboard when applicable.
  3. Endzah sends the return to the card network.
  4. Your bank posts the credit to your account.

What to expect

  • Many refunds appear within three to ten business days.
  • Weekends and holidays can add delay.
  • Your ticket becomes invalid once the refund is processed successfully.

If it takes longer

  • Check your order status in Orders for Refunded or Refund declined.
  • Compare the refund amount to your original charge on your bank statement.
  • Contact support with your order number if the status shows refunded but your bank has not posted it after ten business days.
