How long refunds take to settle
After an organizer approves a refund, banks and card networks usually finish posting it within several business days.
- Attendees
Most refunds show up within a few business days after the organizer approves them, but your bank controls the final posting date.
Timeline
- You submit a refund request or the organizer issues a refund.
- The organizer approves it in their dashboard when applicable.
- Endzah sends the return to the card network.
- Your bank posts the credit to your account.
What to expect
- Many refunds appear within three to ten business days.
- Weekends and holidays can add delay.
- Your ticket becomes invalid once the refund is processed successfully.
If it takes longer
- Check your order status in Orders for Refunded or Refund declined.
- Compare the refund amount to your original charge on your bank statement.
- Contact support with your order number if the status shows refunded but your bank has not posted it after ten business days.
