Checkout as a guest

Buy tickets or reserve a free spot with your email only. You can claim a full Endzah account later to manage passes in one place.

  • Attendees

You can complete checkout on many events without signing in first. Enter your email, finish payment or confirm a free reservation, and we send your pass to that inbox.

How guest checkout works

  1. Open the event and tap Get tickets or Reserve spot.
  2. When you are not signed in, enter the email address where you want tickets sent.
  3. Choose tickets or spot quantity and continue through payment or confirmation.
  4. Check your inbox for the confirmation email with your pass or order details.
  5. Optional: use the set-password link in a separate email to create sign-in access for My tickets.

Finding tickets later

  • Open the confirmation email and follow the link to view your pass.
  • After you set a password or sign in with the same email, open My tickets in your dashboard.
  • Open Orders after sign-in to review purchase history when the order is tied to your profile.

Claiming an account

  • If this is your first purchase on Endzah, we may create an unclaimed profile tied to your checkout email.
  • Use the password email we send to finish setup, then sign in with that email going forward.
  • If you already had an Endzah account under that email, sign in normally. Your new order appears under My tickets.

Guest order recovery

  • Search your inbox for the event name and sender Endzah.
  • Sign in with the exact email you used at checkout.
  • Still missing? See Tickets not showing in My tickets before contacting support.

Common troubleshooting

  • Wrong email typed at checkout: the pass went to that address. Try that inbox or contact support with the correct email and event name.
  • Payment succeeded but no email yet: wait a few minutes, check spam, then refresh My tickets after sign-in.
  • Bank verification window closed: complete verification when your bank prompts you, then return to Endzah.

Limitations

  • Some flows, such as ticket transfers or invite-only access, still require a signed-in account.
  • Guest checkout sends tickets to email. My tickets is easiest after you sign in with the same address.
