Check-In
Show your QR code at the door
Open your ticket pass in My tickets and show the QR code on your phone screen so door staff can scan you in.
- Attendees
Your QR code is the scannable pass staff use at the door when the organizer runs Endzah check-in.
How to show it
- Sign in with the account you used to buy or reserve.
- Open My tickets in your dashboard.
- Tap the event you are attending.
- Open your ticket pass so the QR code fills the screen.
- Hold your phone steady with the screen brightness up. Let staff scan the code.
What to expect
- One active pass per ticket you bought or reserved.
- A successful scan marks you checked in on the organizer side.
- You can reopen the pass anytime before the event if you close it.
Limitations
- Refunded, cancelled, or transferred tickets cannot be used for entry.
- If the organizer does not use Endzah scanning, follow their door instructions instead.
- Screenshots may not work if the organizer requires a live pass scan.
