Cancel your subscription

Cancel at period end from Billing to move back to Free after your current Pro or Growth term finishes. You keep access until that date.

You can cancel a paid Pro or Growth subscription without losing access immediately. Endzah turns off renewal and keeps your plan active until the current period ends.

How to cancel

  1. Open Billing from your dashboard.
  2. Find Current plan on the page.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and read the confirmation.
  4. Confirm Cancel at period end.
  5. Billing shows cancelled status with the date access ends.
  6. You can upgrade again anytime from Plans before or after the period ends.

What to expect

  • Pro and Growth features stay available until the end date shown on Billing.
  • After that date your account moves to Free. Pro-only views show upgrade prompts instead of live data.
  • Free event tools, listings, ticketing, and Wallet payouts continue on Free when you are verified.
  • Cancelling does not refund the current period unless a separate refund policy applies to your charge.

Limitations

  • Free Pro trials are not paid subscriptions. They end on the trial expiry date or when you upgrade, not through Cancel subscription.
  • Cancel at period end does not delete your account or events.
  • Scheduled plan changes may already be in progress. Check Billing for pending downgrades or upgrades.
