Payments, Refunds & Payouts
Pay in USD or JMD at checkout
Some events sell in Jamaican dollars or US dollars. Checkout, receipts, and refunds follow the currency shown on the listing.
- Attendees
- Organizers
Endzah supports paid checkout in Jamaican dollars (JMD) and US dollars (USD) when the organizer prices tickets that way.
Supported currencies
- JMD: default for most local events.
- USD: available when the organizer sets USD ticket prices.
Currency selection
- The event listing and checkout review step show the currency for that event.
- You pay in the currency displayed. Endzah does not silently convert at checkout.
USD checkout
- Enter your card on the payment step or complete the secure hosted card page when shown.
- Your bank may ask for 3D Secure verification before the charge completes.
- The success screen and confirmation email match the USD total you approved.
JMD checkout
- Works the same way with JMD amounts on the listing and receipt.
- Local cards in JMD are the most common path for island events.
Refunds and order history
- Refunds return to the original payment method in the same currency as the order when the organizer or Endzah processes them.
- Orders and receipts show the currency code alongside the amount.
- If you bought as a guest, sign in with the checkout email to see order history after you claim your account.
For organizers
- Set ticket prices in the currency you want buyers to pay.
- Map and listing surfaces show the same currency buyers will see at checkout.
- Payouts and wallet balances follow your organizer payout setup in JMD.
Limitations
- You cannot mix currencies in one checkout.
- Cash, bank transfer, and offline payments are not supported through Endzah checkout.
- Your bank sets foreign-exchange rules for USD charges on non-USD cards.
