Tickets not showing in My tickets
Sign in with the account you used at checkout, refresh My tickets, and confirm the order succeeded before contacting support.
- Attendees
Tickets appear in My tickets after a successful order on the account tied to your checkout email.
Check these first
- Sign in with the same email you used when you paid or reserved.
- Open My tickets and pull to refresh or reload the page.
- Open Orders and confirm the purchase shows as paid or confirmed.
- Check your email for a confirmation message with the event name.
- If you transferred the ticket away, it will no longer appear in your list.
Guest checkout scenarios
- You checked out without signing in: open the confirmation email first, then sign in with that email or set a password from the account email we sent.
- Typo in guest email: the pass went to the wrong inbox. Contact support with the correct email, event name, and order time.

Common causes
- Checkout did not finish after bank verification.
- You are signed into a different Endzah account.
- The order was refunded or the event was cancelled.
What to expect
- Free reservations appear immediately after confirmation.
- Paid tickets appear after payment succeeds. Most show up within a minute.
If you still do not see them
- Email support@endzah.com with your account email, event name, and order time.
- Include a screenshot of your bank charge if payment posted.

Payment failed or declined at checkout
A declined payment usually means the bank rejected the charge. Fix card details or try another card, then confirm again.
Claim a ticket someone sent you
Open the claim link from the transfer email, sign in with the recipient email, and the ticket moves to My tickets with a new QR code.
