Manage your series schedule
Generate more dates, pause or resume generation, end a schedule, and edit repeat rules and timezone from the Schedule tab.
- Organizers
The Schedule tab in your series hub controls how future occurrences are created.
Generate dates
- Generate 12 weeks or 90 days adds draft or published occurrences from your current pattern.
- Generation uses your template and the materialized-through date on the schedule card.
- Run generation after you pause, edit the pattern, or run out of future dates.
Pause and resume
- Pause stops new automatic generation. Existing published dates stay live.
- Resume re-enables generation when you are ready to add more dates.
End schedule
- End schedule closes the program for new dates. Use this when the run is finished.
- Past occurrences and sales history remain for your records.
Edit schedule
- Change repeat frequency, interval, weekdays, start time, end time, or timezone.
- Pattern edits apply to draft dates ahead. Past dates keep the times they already had.
- Review the save dialog to see how many draft dates will update.
Timezones
- Pick the timezone that matches where the event happens.
- Wall-clock times stay consistent for future generated dates in that timezone.
What to expect
- Schedule health on the tab summarizes whether generation is active, paused, or ended.
- If future dates read zero, generate from the Schedule tab or review whether the schedule ended.
Limitations
- You cannot regenerate history for dates that already passed.
- Commerce on live dates follows each occurrence's publish state.
