Payments, Refunds & Payouts
Payment methods at checkout
Paid events accept major debit and credit cards shown on the payment step. You enter your card details during checkout.
- Attendees
Endzah accepts the card brands shown on the payment step when you buy paid tickets in JMD or USD.
How payment works
- Reach the Payment step during checkout and confirm the currency on the review summary.
- Enter the card number, expiry, security code, and billing address fields shown.
- Some events route you through a secure card page hosted by our payment partner instead.
- Complete any 3D Secure verification your bank asks for, then return to Endzah for confirmation.
USD support
- When the organizer prices in USD, totals and receipts stay in USD.
- Your bank may apply its own exchange rate on non-USD cards.
- See Pay in USD or JMD at checkout for refunds and order history.
What to expect
- Accepted brands appear on the payment form for that event.
- Ticket checkout charges your card once when the order succeeds.
- Your bank may send a temporary authorization before the final charge posts.
Limitations
- Endzah does not store your card for automatic ticket charges unless you separately save a payment method where that option is offered.
- Cash, bank transfer, and offline payments are not supported through Endzah checkout.

Buy tickets step by step
Paid checkout has three steps on one page: choose tickets, enter payment, then review and confirm before your order is complete.
Pay in USD or JMD at checkout
Some events sell in Jamaican dollars or US dollars. Checkout, receipts, and refunds follow the currency shown on the listing.
Payment failed or declined at checkout
A declined payment usually means the bank rejected the charge. Fix card details or try another card, then confirm again.
Report a duplicate charge
If you see two charges for one order, email support with both receipts and the times they appeared.
