Upgrade or change your plan
Compare plans on the Plans page, then checkout to upgrade to Pro or Growth or switch billing cycle when your account is eligible.
- Organizers
Upgrade when you want Pro analytics and reports, or Growth intelligence, without losing the Free tools you already use.
How to upgrade or change plans
- Open Plans from your dashboard.
- Review Free, Pro, and Growth side by side and pick Monthly or Annual pricing.
- Tap the plan you want. Checkout opens when you are signed in as an organizer.
- Confirm plan and billing cycle, review the summary, and accept terms.
- Enter or confirm your payment method and complete checkout.
- Return to Billing to see your new plan and next renewal date.
What to expect
- Upgrades unlock Pro or Growth features as soon as payment succeeds.
- Moving between paid tiers may schedule a change at the end of your current period when the product shows a scheduled change panel on Billing.
- Downgrades back to Free also take effect at period end when you cancel a paid subscription.
- An active Pro trial lets you explore features before you choose a paid plan.
Limitations
- Checkout requires a verified organizer account for paid subscriptions.
- Prices and included features match what Plans displays at checkout time.
- Ticket payout bank details are separate from the card used for subscription billing.
