Why isn't my promo code working?
Check spelling, active status, schedule, limits, and that the code belongs to this event. Organizers can review status on the Discount codes page.

Common reasons a promo code fails at checkout.
For attendees
- Wrong spelling: We couldn't find that promo code. Check the code and try again.
- Expired: This promo code has expired.
- Not started yet: This promo code is not available yet.
- Inactive: This promo code is no longer active.
- Sold out: This promo code is no longer available (usage limit reached).
- Already used: You've already used this promo code the maximum number of times allowed.
- Wrong event: Codes work on one event only.
- Cart changed: Remove the code and apply it again if ticket selection changed.
No promo field?
- Checkout hides Have a promo code? when the event has no active codes in their date window.
For organizers
- Open Discount codes from the event hub.
- Check status: Active, Scheduled, Expired, Inactive, or Limit reached.
- Review Uses, Remaining, and schedule.
- Confirm the buyer is on the correct event checkout.

How promo code usage limits work
