Understanding series health
Health score summarizes whether a series is Healthy, Growing, Declining, or At risk using retention, audience growth, loyalty, and engagement.
- Organizers
Series health is a single score that helps you spot momentum without reading every chart.
Health bands
- Healthy: stable or solid performance across recent editions.
- Growing: audience, sales, or engagement is trending up.
- Declining: recent editions softer than your baseline.
- At risk: sharp drops in retention, attendance, or revenue need attention.
What feeds the score
- Retention: are first-time guests coming back?
- Audience growth: is the total active audience expanding?
- Loyalty: repeat attendance rate across editions.
- Engagement: discovery signals such as saves, follows, and views.
How to read it
- Open Series insights and find the health card.
- Read the band label and score together.
- Drill into audience and revenue cards for the drivers behind the band.
What to expect
- Health reacts to recent editions more than history from years ago.
- A new series may stay neutral until enough data exists.
Limitations
- Health is a guide, not a guarantee of the next night.
- External factors outside Endzah, such as weather or holidays, still matter.
