Troubleshooting
A ticket transfer didn't arrive
Check spam, confirm the sender used the right email, and ask them to verify the transfer is still pending in My tickets.
- Attendees
If someone sent you a ticket but you did not get the email, work through these checks before contacting support.
For the recipient
- Search your inbox and spam for a message about a ticket transfer from Endzah.
- Confirm the sender used the same email address as your Endzah account.
- Ask the sender to open My tickets and check whether the pass still shows Transfer pending.
- If the transfer was cancelled or expired, ask them to send a new one when the event still allows transfers.
For the sender
- Open My tickets and confirm the pass shows Transfer pending.
- Double-check the recipient email for typos.
- Cancel and resend the transfer if needed.
What to expect
- Claim links are tied to the recipient email. A typo means the wrong person gets the message or it never arrives where you expect.
- Some events close transfers before the show. After that window, new transfers cannot be sent.
